Effective immediately, employees and pensioners having pass issues such as lost, stolen, damaged, etc., can now schedule their own appointments for the Pass Office at 180 Livingston Street by simply going to www.mymta.info and logging on to My MTA Portal, see below. (TOP RIGHT CORNER, under Employee Information)

If employees/pensioners do not have access to MY MTA Portal, they can call the Pass Office hotline at 347-643-8316 and schedule an appointment. 

Pensioners with expiring passes should be informed that a replacement pass will be automatically mailed to them.
